Worst customer service ever
Ok this is the worst game I have ever played. The game is fun but I lost my account just because they switched the app. Also if you don’t spend money on this game it’s trash.

My game has restarted three separate times despite the creators saying they fixed the bug.

Literally unplayable, game crashes every minute.
Unaddressed Harassment and Poor Customer Support
I’ve been playing Palace Rule for a long time, but I’m deeply disappointed by how the game handles player safety. A certain player has been using multiple accounts to target and bully another gamer, repeatedly labeling them with offensive names and posting abusive comments meant to harass and shame.
Despite reporting this issue multiple times, the customer service only responds with copy-paste replies and has taken no real action to stop this harmful behavior. It’s extremely disheartening to see such toxic actions go unchecked in a game with so many dedicated players.
If the developers truly care about their community, they need to take harassment reports seriously and enforce clear rules to protect players

Outrageous
I dared to ask for a refund for buying gold in this game because I bought the wrong product in game with it. Didn’t even use said in game product. Next thing I know they’ve frozen my game and I can only get it reinstated by paying them again for the refund I had approved. Spent thousands on this game already. Down the drain. Waste of time.

Don’t expect any customer service help
To preface, I have been playing this game for a long time—a REALLY long time. The last time they did server maintenance, something happened and I can’t get back to the spot I was at in the game. I have spent a log of money in this game, which is something I probably shouldn’t have done, but I digress. I have contacted customer service multiple times only to get absolutely no response at all. It’s been well over a month. This is on top of the fact that the game developers have stopped expanding the “dates” that you have to complete to earn “intimacy points” yet have every other week some new thing that you have to spend money on to be able to get—usually a costume set or something like that. If I could give ZERO stars rating I would. Just be aware that if you download this game be prepared to spend and ultimately lose money.

The most frustrating experience
After 2+ years of playing and $$ spent, I accidentally logged out of my Apple account on the game. As simple as a single touch. I immediately logged back in and my account had disappeared. Years of gameplay gone. Customer service is a joke, claim they aren’t able help me locate my account or my server. The number of times I’ve seen a similar complaint from other users is ridiculous.

Keeps glitching
Ever since the update, the game keeps glitching and flashing out. I cannot play on my iPhone.

Poor customer service and be aware of their charges
I enjoyed this game first but I decided to stop playing this game due to their extremely poor customer service. Don’t buy any coins from them. They kept saying I didn’t pay for that and denied my access to the game after charging me multiple times!!! They asked me to pay additional due to their system errors. The customer service kept repeating themselves and ignoring my concerns. Avoid this game at all costs

Language Barrier
I’m only giving it 4 stars because it doesn’t have auto translate like some of the other games that I’ve played. It’s hard to compete in alliance based events when people can’t communicate.

When the game company messes up or have a bug out, there’s no compensation for losses, close to none customer service with unacceptable delayed response. All due to no fault of your own. They don’t care about the amount of gold you purchased to be “VIP”. They’re here for quick cash out not long-term game loyalty. In a way, it truly is a scam.
It’s been how many times.
First the huge backlash of Apple ID users‘ accounts being deleted out of blue. If you don’t have a friend also playing alongside you and your personal contact handy outside of the game, you’re screwed. Because they wanted you take the initiate to contact, to provide two pages of data to customer service. After all that, said “compensation” never materialized. Not a beep. Like it never happened.
Now the server merger. A month out from the end of “log 10 days and receive 5-star set” just got cancelled altogether. Dress-Up Queen skipped 20 rounds, and the others skipped multiple rounds. Putting new servers being merged at a even greater disadvantage. No amount of gold you purchase out of pocket could make up that difference. Again no fault of your own forcing you to either spend or quit the game leaving all the hard-earned money in trash.
Also do expect to occasionally delete and reinstall, close and open multiple times just to log on.

Customer service is terrible. If you have any issue or concerns you will never get a hold of CS for ANYTHING. I can guarantee you that.

This can knock you top from being in the top 5 in rankings to top 20. So all the hard work and money you spent to be on top on the rankings WILL be taken from you and it’s pretty much starting over. Characters are gone
I tried contacting support they tell me I must not have an account even tho I sent them proof of the in app purchases I have made, do not uninstall this game! I re-installed recently and tried to go back to my old account but when I logged into every available option it told me I have no characters on this game. My biggest regret was supporting this game with purchases only to be tossed aside by support and told I am lying about my account. If I could I would give this app 0 stars for the horrible support service.

真的无语，之前玩没觉得什么，一月初发现账号登不进去，等了两天还是不行我选择联系客服，客服第一次回复是差不多一两个小时内，我不知道跟我反馈的时间有没有关系，但是后面几次都是跟我挤牙膏，让我提供账号信息我也提供了，一连快十天，客服回了四次，其中两次都是说会反映给相关部门，一点用都没有？闭口不提赔偿，也不做事！垃圾游戏
Terrible game
I am playing this game for the first time, playing for almost a few months, although there is not a lot of money, but I am also in the game to keep this part of the play, but play to the back, you add Allies and friends, they will slander you in it, so that players all over the world can see that they insult you. The quality of the players in this game is not very good, what words and things can be done, this game experience can only be really bad. If I had known that, I might as well have played another game. What a terrible game!
