มีการพบตัวต่อตัวกับอาจารย์ผู้สอนที่เป็นมิตรและสอนดีมากๆเลยค่ะ จากการทดลองใช้ผู้ปกครองที่อยากให้ลูกๆหลานๆเก่งภาษาต้องลองใช้เลยค่ะ มีการทดลองให้เรียนก่อนซื้อคอสจริงซึ่งเป็นอีกหนึ่งอย่างของแอปนี้เลยค่ะ แถมมีการบริการที่ดีในระดับเกินความคาดหวังมากเลยค่ะ รีวิวอันนี้ไม่ใช่หน้าม้านะคะ ได้ลองจริงๆแล้วอยากคนที่สนใจเรียนภาษาได้เจอแอปดีๆแบบนี้ค่ะ

I wasn’t fully aware of the exact rules for emergency class cancellations, which resulted in my son losing 9 classes — some due to his reasons, and some because the teacher requested schedule changes. I explained every case to Palfish Care and the sales representative, yet the response has only been promises of a refund the class. It has already been over a month, and nothing has been resolved.
It feels unfair that giving away free classes for referrals or sign-ups seems effortless, but refunding classes that were wrongly deducted is made so complicated. I purchased 220 classes, yet the system only allows 6 emergency cancellations — just 2%. For a child under 10 years old, this is highly impractical. Children can get sick, tired, or unwell at any moment. Limiting parents to such a small emergency quota simply does not reflect the realities of young learners.
If a child falls ill less than 24 hours before class, parents face a harsh choice: either force the child to attend despite being unwell, or accept losing the class entirely. While the teaching quality itself is commendable, the policy design and after-service care are deeply disappointing. The lack of timely resolution and genuine flexibility creates unnecessary frustration for families.
For parents considering this platform, I urge you to think carefully if such rigid rules truly fit the needs of young children. The system may work for adults, but children are different. Anything can happen within 24 hours. If decision-makers had young children themselves, they would understand the importance of flexibility and fair treatment.

มีเบอร์หลายเบอร์โทรเข้ามาเป็นจำนวนมาก ซึ่งมาจากแอพpalfish เอง รบกวนปรับปรุงเรื่องนี้ด้วยนะคะ ซึ่งส่วนตัวได้ยกเลิกบัญชีไปแล้ว แต่ก็ยังมีการโทรเข้ามาอีก รู้สึกไม่ปลอดภัยเลยค่ะ ปรับปรุงด่วนๆเลยค่ะ ไม่อยากให้โทรเข้ามาอีก ไม่ว่าจะโทรมาขายแพ็คเกจ ให้ซื้อคอร์สต่างๆ ไม่สนใจค่ะ สนใจแค่ว่า จะเลิกโทรมาได้เมื่อไหร่ รบกวนผู้บริหารแอพ อย่าใช้เบอร์ส่วนตัวลูกค้า ไปใช้ในการทำธุรกิจอะไรต่างๆนานา ในที่นี้หมายถึง การโทรเข้าที่เบอร์ผู้ใช้แอพ มันคือการรบกวนนะคะ และไม่ได้โทรมาครั้งเดียว ขอนะคะ อย่าให้โทรมาอีก
