Approval Group Change Requests Approval group changes (including create, update, delete, enable, and disable actions) now route through the full approval workflow. These requests appear in your approvals list with clear action labels and group names. The detail view surfaces all relevant context: action type, group type, approver threshold, and timeout. Approve or reject them just like any other request. Rejection Reasons Required Rejecting an approval request now requires a written reason before submission. Tapping Reject opens a form where you must provide a reason - empty or whitespace-only submissions are blocked. Once submitted, the reason is recorded alongside the rejection. You can cancel at any time to return to the detail view without any changes.
