Easy to use

Navigation is simple and information is very well presented. Managing your crypto portfolio is easy and the ring or cards provide the best possible security. Tangem has the best staking reward options I’ve seen so far with such a high level of protection.

“some networks unreachable” error - buy a reliable cold wallet. Tangem isn’t it.

Ethereum is not loading (I don’t have any of this token) but because it’s a main coin on Tangem it apparently can’t be hidden or removed and is affecting my wallet. I reached out to support and their only fix was “get a VPN”. So because your app isn’t working properly I need to spend money on a VPN that “may” fix the issue. What a joke. Really regret even purchasing this cold wallet. Unreliable product & very unhelpful support.
