“some networks unreachable” error - buy a reliable cold wallet. Tangem isn’t it.
Ethereum is not loading (I don’t have any of this token) but because it’s a main coin on Tangem it apparently can’t be hidden or removed and is affecting my wallet. I reached out to support and their only fix was “get a VPN”. So because your app isn’t working properly I need to spend money on a VPN that “may” fix the issue. What a joke. Really regret even purchasing this cold wallet. Unreliable product & very unhelpful support.

I had to reset my access code and had difficulty getting it reset. Support worked with me to resolve the issue so I could access my account once again. Peace of mind!
Stop SPAM Notifications!
I’m a big fan of the Tangem Wallet. I recommended it to many people as the easy beginner crypto wallet. Things are working as they should but I am getting annoyed when I pay for a product and still get spammed with advertisement to buy the product again. I already have your wallet. Stop asking me to buy it again at a discount. I want to be able to switch off promotional push notifications and crypto price alerts, separately from transaction notifications. I need the transaction push notifications but I definitely don’t need the rest. Give us a button to switch the rest off and people will love your wallet even more!

Polygon chain Visa card
The Tangem cold wallet is fantastic! I’m looking forward to the day when the Tangem Visa card can be funded with the Solana chain instead of Polygon. The stablecoin credit card competition is has much lower fees. For example Cash App can receive USDC on Solana to fund a card.

Freezing
I’ve been dealing with the app freezing on me for going on 2.5 months now. It’s been 4 updates and the app freezes consistently when I get halfway through my projects. When it works it’s great but, I’m starting to get really concerned my issue is not solvable.
Average cost
I like the set up and the simplicity of the app but I would love it if I was able to see my average cost per for my holdings!!
Ease of use
I really appreciate the ease of use. Keep on drinking in the other important crypto like XMR.
Sales notifications
I already own the wallet - yet it’s frequently sending notifications for deals etc to buy more things from Tangem. There’s no option in-app to stop this spam. I have to turn off notifications altogether. Wouldn’t have expected this from a reputable provider like Tangem.
