About

A local-first Git client. Your code never leaves your device. PalmGit is a Git client built for iPhone and iPad, allowing you to perform complete Git operations on your iPhone, including clone, commit, push, and branch management. There is no account system and no cloud server; your code and credentials always stay local on your iPhone or iPad. Complete Git Operations Supports core Git functions such as repository initialization, clone, pull, push, commit, branch management, merge, viewing commit history, and file diffs. Whether you are reviewing an urgent code change or handling a quick fix, you can do it on your iPhone or iPad. Local File Management Browse local directories, create, edit, and delete files, and view file diffs. All file operations act directly on the local repository directory you specify and are not uploaded to any server. Branch Visualization View merge history intuitively. Complete complex branch operations without the command line. True Privacy Protection No sign-up or login. We do not operate a user data server. Your code, repository contents, and Git credentials always stay local on your iPhone or iPad. Git credentials are encrypted and stored using iOS Keychain, and we cannot read them. In-App Purchase Basic features are free to use. The paid expansion increases the range of accessible directories (from within the sandbox to external directories explicitly authorized by the user), enabling scenarios such as repository export and sharing, and managing authorized artifacts from other apps. Transactions are securely handled by the Apple App Store, and we do not access your payment information.
