Love the palm tech app. Easy to use and easy to make it work for you. Great tool to use for keeping you in a rhythm on your inspections. Wish it would have an invoice client option and a video recording option. That would make it just perfect.

Dominic Castellano is hands down The Best “help desk” I.T. Professional I’ve ever worked with.
He handles my questions and issues professionally and quickly....no matter how inane they might be. There’s NEVER any condescension (believe me that’s unusual) he just guides me through my problem and moves on.
He’s very much an asset to Palm Tech. Whenever I’m asked by other inspectors what program I use I always add to the recommendation that “they have the BEST help desk out there.”

Horrible
This is hands down the worst inspection software I have utilized. You can only upload one photo at a time, it’s extremely confusing to any level of computer savvy user, it does not work well with MAC / APPLE users (you have to buy an additional program). They also only offer a 30 day refund window because it takes months to even be a novice user of their program. It’s a hot pile of garbage.

Best Home Inspection software
I’ve been a home inspector for 26 yrs. I’ve used an old generic software for my reports. Very time consuming. A few of my competitors use Palm Tech. So I researched them. Palm tech is very customizable. It took me awhile to customize to my specs. Online tutorials are very helpful! I now have my night and weekends free of typing reports! Very easy to use. I am using an iPad on Inspections. I can take photos with my iPhone and easily air drop pics into report so I don’t have to carry my iPad in attic, crawl spaces or roofs! This software has been a life saver for me. Highly recommended
