Unreilable
Honestly, Palm Tran has been nothing but stressful. The buses are constantly late, and sometimes the driver doesn’t even ring the door bell when they arrive. People rely on this service to get to school, work, and important places, so when it’s this unreliable it seriously affects our lives. I’ve literally gotten absences because of this. It feels really unfair when you’re trying your best to be responsible but the system keeps failing you. Public transportation should support the community, not make people feel ignored and disrespected. I really hope Palm Tran starts caring more about the riders who depend on them every day.

App malfunctioning
I use the palm Tran app daily and most of the time it takes several attempts to get the app to even open up . Locating yourself on the app is a hassle. It never loads it . Overall the app is very slow and fails to load pages on command . I usually have to give up and use google maps instead .
Queja!
Últimamente no deja ver con precisión el horario de las paradas y no deja pagar 5$ solamente el auto pago de 10$
STOP LOGGING ME OUT!!!
STOP LOGGING ME OUT!!! You keep logging me out right when I board the bus. The bus driver has to wait for me to sign back in then everyone on the bus gets upset because they have to wait on me, so please STOP LOGGING ME OUT!!! I can log myself out I don’t need you to do it for me
Trash
You guys need to seriously upgrade your app. I get tired of going through so much miscellaneous stuff to do simple functions like open and closing my app several times just to see when is the next bus coming. Your map is glitchy, takes forever to load or simply doesn’t load, and half at a time it does not let you select the bus stop that you’re trying to select. And why is there no option to purchase all day bus pass on the Palm Tran paradise app? I shouldn’t have to spend $10-$20 to catch a few buses to downtown or the library just so I can purchase a all day bus pass that’s ridiculous. You guys simply need to do better and stop robbing people that have to rely on public transportation.
