Unreilable
Honestly, Palm Tran has been nothing but stressful. The buses are constantly late, and sometimes the driver doesn’t even ring the door bell when they arrive. People rely on this service to get to school, work, and important places, so when it’s this unreliable it seriously affects our lives. I’ve literally gotten absences because of this. It feels really unfair when you’re trying your best to be responsible but the system keeps failing you. Public transportation should support the community, not make people feel ignored and disrespected. I really hope Palm Tran starts caring more about the riders who depend on them every day.

App malfunctioning
I use the palm Tran app daily and most of the time it takes several attempts to get the app to even open up . Locating yourself on the app is a hassle. It never loads it . Overall the app is very slow and fails to load pages on command . I usually have to give up and use google maps instead .
Queja!
Últimamente no deja ver con precisión el horario de las paradas y no deja pagar 5$ solamente el auto pago de 10$
STOP LOGGING ME OUT!!!
STOP LOGGING ME OUT!!! You keep logging me out right when I board the bus. The bus driver has to wait for me to sign back in then everyone on the bus gets upset because they have to wait on me, so please STOP LOGGING ME OUT!!! I can log myself out I don’t need you to do it for me

You guys need to seriously upgrade your app. I get tired of going through so much miscellaneous stuff to do simple functions like open and closing my app several times just to see when is the next bus coming. Your map is glitchy, takes forever to load or simply doesn’t load, and half at a time it does not let you select the bus stop that you’re trying to select. And why is there no option to purchase all day bus pass on the Palm Tran paradise app? I shouldn’t have to spend $10-$20 to catch a few buses to downtown or the library just so I can purchase a all day bus pass that’s ridiculous. You guys simply need to do better and stop robbing people that have to rely on public transportation.

Palm Tran Buses
Love the 1 and a few others. They run regularly and consistently. But most buses running East to West run only every hour or more. If that could be quicker it would all be pretty perfect!
Better knowledge
Hi I just moved to west palm Beach. I have notice that driver do not have clear a good services to a handicapped person
Especially how to deploy the ram when someone in a wheelchair meet to get in and out from the bus.
Sometime they don’t leve enough space to use the ram properly
Some driver are lazy. Prefer do not give the service saying there not space. When that is not true.

This app is so horribly developed. Busses are always stuck in random spots they aren’t actually in. Sometimes the busses don’t even show up on the map. There’s 0 customer service, and no way to tell if a bus has shut down or stopped service. What’s the point of this app?
Worthless
The guy that developed this app must of did it on his lunch break

It will burn your battery and make you late or get fired from your job. Never on time!
No schedule with the routes.
This app doesn’t even have the schedules. It’s ridiculous. You could be sitting there for a long time wondering if and when a bus will come.
It’s not consistent
The app be lagging and because of that it will make you late to your bus and sometimes the buses on the route will not show making you think there is no more buses
Doesn’t work
App crashes often and doesn’t load maps or wait times.
Google match better
It’s simply will not download the maps, schedules, etc. after downloading the app
Doesn’t work
Good luck getting this app to even LOAD half the time. I rely heavily on Public Transport to get to work and very rarely does the app even load. When it does, there’s a 50/50 chance the busses are even running that day. It’s as if the drivers choose random days to not work, and Palm Tran doesn’t even bother notifying the passengers. Do better because this is just ridiculous. I’ve witnessed first had busses pull up to stops and just change to “out if service” in the middle of the day for no reason, or had drivers just not take passengers and drive off. This whole Public Transport system is a joke.

Really enjoy using the app to travel the Palm Beaches. I really like that it shows you all the different ways to get somewhere. Thank you!
