Won’t connect
Every time I try to open the app to try it, it won’t connect to my earbuds and says “pairing failed.” My phone connects to the earbuds no problem and I use them daily, but the app won’t connect to them.

I can not make any sound adjustments, will not connect via app, and only in your app. Sound works and connects everywhere else.

The equalizer function is very helpful. However, there are two inconveniences. One is that you have to operate the case for each device to be connected to put it in pairing mode. Secondly, when you touch the main body, such as while wearing it, the touch operation is often performed unintentionally. (It is natural because it is a feather touch button) Request: Add [Do nothing] to the button operation assignment menu that can be changed in the app. That way nothing happens and the problem is half solved.
