Won’t connect
Every time I try to open the app to try it, it won’t connect to my earbuds and says “pairing failed.” My phone connects to the earbuds no problem and I use them daily, but the app won’t connect to them.

I can not make any sound adjustments, will not connect via app, and only in your app. Sound works and connects everywhere else.

The equalizer function is very helpful. However, there are two inconveniences. One is that you have to operate the case for each device to be connected to put it in pairing mode. Secondly, when you touch the main body, such as while wearing it, the touch operation is often performed unintentionally. (It is natural because it is a feather touch button) Request: Add [Do nothing] to the button operation assignment menu that can be changed in the app. That way nothing happens and the problem is half solved.

Quite useful App
I needed to forget the headset and reset it once and then the App paired with the headset (as advised in the App itself). Equalizer settings work well. App connection takes 5..10 sec that feels like an eternity…:-}

App funktioniert nicht.
App ist nicht zu gebrauchen, jeder Versuch eine Verbindung aufzubauen scheiterte. App wird gelöscht, Kopfhörer gehen zurück.
Weird Frequency Adjustment
The way their current version functions it’s absolutely impossible to adjust the bass through the app. The frequencies they allow you to adjust are highs and mids, but not lows. It’s pretty strange to me that this was an oversight. Hopefully their dev team will see this and make that adjustment ASAP! Unless the sound profile is complete what gets produced just doesn’t sound right.

Leider macht diese App nicht, was sie soll. Eine Verbindung zu den Ohrhörern kommt nicht zustande. Stattdessen hört man „Device not connected“ über beide Ohrhörer. Eine Equalizer-Funktion, wie in der Produktbeschreibung versprochen wird, gibt es nicht.
