Not worth it
So tedious to input codes manually for wipes and all you get is $0.05.
Update: ( response to the Pampers customer service response) You guys have been saying you’ve been working on a solution since I had my first kid 4 years ago. It does not take that long to come up with a solution. I don’t believe you.

Rewards are awful
There used to be some options. Now there is nothing. Disappointing

Rewards
Love getting a little back from having to buy diapers and I find some of the articles helpful even the second time around. Just wish they would have better reward choices or replenish ones like PC and Amazon more often for those that don’t live near a Walmart.
Some codes don’t work
It’s annoying. Some rewards work some don’t and I feel like it’s such a waste. I just redeemed 10 dollars at Walmart and tried it 5 times during different shopping trips and no one could help. I contacted Customer service who was also no help so expect to lose out on those points if the card doesn’t work. Not worth the hassle I won’t be using this app anymore

Used to be good
App struggles tonload sometimes. Deals used to be much better (had options to get amazon gift card) - now mostly useless and very restrictive deals.
App buggy
Downloaded the app and signed up, can’t get past the email opt-in screen. Both options give me a pop-up “the profile wasn’t processed correctly” and there’s no way to go back a step or ignore the pop up so I’m stuck. Had to delete the app, awful user experience.

Used to give amazon gift cards, now only Walmart in-store discounts (and who has time to go to the store when you can order online!!!)

Can’t get past Email Opt-In
I’m trying to access my account on the app and it won’t let me past the Email Opt-In section. It keeps a saying “The Profile Update Want Processed Correctly” with the caution symbol. How do I get past this? I can access my account via safari but it’s very limited and my new information will NOT update?!!!!

Rewards program is a joke
They used to have a great rewards program that really incentivized me to buy Pampers. I was able to redeem my awards for Amazon gift cards. Now they only offer paper coupons for a bit of money off diapers. Really disappointed, will explore other diaper brands.
Sham
The reward system is a sham. It used to be you could redeem larger amounts as Amazon gift cards or other items and now I can only get a paper coupon for $5. Not worth it. I’ve been scanning for 2 years now
Rewards Replenishment cycle makes it almost not worth your time
App is fine overall. Ability to redeem your earned cash back is the issue.
Coupons are limited to one per purchase and don’t help when you have subscribe and save options from retailers. The Gift Cards is what I believe almost everyone really cares for but when it’s always out of stock it really defeats the purpose of the program. I’ve been using Pampers Pure since the birth of my Child and have been only lucky once to snag an Amazon GC. Still have a lot of points left but nothing worth redeeming it on as the S&S is cheaper than buying in person at a store with a coupon.
At this point with my child almost 18 months I’ll have the points left over with nothing of value to redeem it on.
So if you buy Pampers, get them because you like the diaper. The rewards aren’t worth it unless you’re going on the app daily and praying you can redeem.

No login allowed
App redirects to sign into pampers on Safari which redirects to app. Endless loop and will not allow sign in
I don’t even want to give this 1 star
This app is horrible, slow to load, problems logging in - as a parent to 4 young children I don’t have time for this reward system. Not to mention the fact that I have spent quite a lot on diapers over the years to get what? A $5 off coupon if I’m lucky and actually able to successful scan my codes.. not impressed.

Won’t open
The app seems to always be down as I haven’t been able to log on in months. Constantly getting the “something went wrong” error message.

I have been unable to log in to this app for past 2weeks. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still not working
