Walmart Not Accepting My Coupon
Everytime I went to Walmart to buy diapers and to use my coupon I always have to argue with the employee because they said they are not accepting digital coupons! And when my husband went in with the paper coupon they don’t accept it either saying it’s not working! They really don’t know about this. Now I have over almost 40 bucks and didn’t want to use it cuz I don’t want to experience having to go and explain with the staff again.

Redemption Fail
After saving for years, I redeemed some of my points for a gift card to use in store at Walmart on a Pampers product. As I presented it to the cashier, she immediately knew that it wouldn’t work, as it’s a known issue with Walmart and Pampers. She tried to redeem the gift card regardless and was unsuccessful. I left paying full price. At home I opened a ticket with Pampers three weeks ago and have yet to hear back. Parents, don’t waste your time scanning codes or inputting numbers for a company that isn’t going to honour its gift cards or even respond to your service request. They should be ashamed.

Not worth it
So tedious to input codes manually for wipes and all you get is $0.05.
Update: ( response to the Pampers customer service response) You guys have been saying you’ve been working on a solution since I had my first kid 4 years ago. It does not take that long to come up with a solution. I don’t believe you.
