Login failing customer support slow & unconvincing
Tried to login multiple times around 10 times day before yesterday, then again three times yesterday , but giving error invalid id or password, then multiple login attempts failed. Also changed my password thrice , but even that is not working. Email address is correct because receiving the link for change of password on the same e-mail id. Kindly correct whatever technical glitch is present from your side.

Vaccination tracker
I’ve been using your vaccination tracker tool and it is so useful. Looks like it is outdated and not in line with IAP’s vaccination recommendations now.
For example, IAP suggests 4 doses of Hep - B vaccination (1st on birth and next 3 at 6th, 10th, and 14th week). But your app lists only 3.
Additionally, some people take vaccine from govt UPHC where only 2 doses of IPV and PCV. So, the 3rd one shown on your list shows overdue. Would be great to have an option go mark as ‘not required’ or ‘govt regime’.

Caring app
I feel very nice using the app. It asks questions not for its own promotion but for the betterment of the children health. It’s refreshing mainly because there are so many apps asking easy questions simply for their own gain .
One complaint : I uploaded bills to claim points but they are in processing mode forever . Looks like I will never get points for my bills !

Highly recommend for new parents
I have used pampers for both my kids. I have tried all diapers available in market and continue to use pampers as I found best suited for my kids. Their app provide useful details to new moms and information about all their products range. Useful and informative.

This is best app to gain knowledge at daily basis .....it's fun with knowledge to play quizzes and poll and also benefits with rewards .....thank you pampers for giving me free diapers
