Love the food generally, but didn’t appreciate the stale, hard pita bread that was packed in our to-go order — especially when we were serving company.

Not letting me access App
Im using a VPN, and its not letting me order food. Even if I connect to a server in the same city Im in.
Why would you care if Im using a VPN or not for this type of App?

Cold food
Whenever I pick up food they don’t keep the food warm and by the time we bring home it’s cold. Portion of the food (kabob) was sitting on the shelf while the rest (pasta) still being prepared which took 15 extra min while they were ordered together. Since they don’t keep the ready to go food in warmer I always have to reheat.

Great food, not great service and bad app.
I love Panini Kabob and work right next to one in century city. One time I mistakenly added something to my order and they could not refund me which was really annoying.
This app is terrible. You can’t log in on an iPhone and I can only go through my computer. I’m not sure if the rewards part is tracking at all, I order often and haven’t send any new rewards pop up. You guys can afford a proper app, put in the $ and get your customers a quality app!

The food and service
We love this place! The food is amazing!! Oscar is the best server around! We love our weekly lunches here, and feel right at home with his great personality and service!

I love everything about PKG, my only concern about the app is that, I created my mobile account a few years ago and saved about four credit card accounts. Recently the app was updated and when accessing my account I am able to remove credit card but am not able to add new cards which is my issue. There may be a way to do this but I have not been able to find it.

Don’t always get everything you order for delivery. Happens too often!
New update
The new update ruined the app. It was fine how it was. Now it is harder to order my food
Disappointing
We order delivery which was very good and received our food on time. The food itself was no good. Rice was under cooked and kabobs were burned. We were very disappointed.
Raw beef
We absolutely love this place. We always order a family meal and substitute 1 chicken for koobideh (beef). But last time we ordered, I took a bite of the ground meat and underneath was totally raw! Please look at your meat before eating. Not sure if they were slammed with orders but please don’t cut your cooking time :(

Nothing against the restaurant
The app always “declines” my card and I always have to input it again. It’s the same card. It irks me that a message pops up “YOUR CARD WAS DECLINED” No app your payment system is sh**.
