Good Shopping Experience

I had a good experience using Pantaloons-Online Shopping App. The app is easy to use and has many nice clothing options. The quality of products is good and delivery was on time. I am happy with my purchase. thanks pantaloon ☺️☺️☺️

Worst customer online service

I placed my order 10 days ago, but the app shows “wrongly registered by shipper.” On my first call, I was told it was “out for delivery” and would arrive that day, but it didn’t. On the second call, I was asked to wait 24–48 hours for an update, but nothing changed. On the third call, they admitted the order was never picked up and said they don’t know what went wrong—and they can’t even cancel my order.

Worst experience i ever had.

Late Delivery and Return Service

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent service I received. My order ([Order/Reference Number]) was delivered much later than the promised timeline, causing inconvenience. Additionally, the return service was also delayed, which further added to the issue.

I had trusted your service for timely delivery and smooth return handling, but this experience has been unsatisfactory. I request you to look into this matter seriously and ensure corrective action is taken so that such delays do not occur in the future.

Very tough logging in or registering as a new account

I had my account with pantaloons, and after a year I wanted to login/register again. But since my old mobile number has changed, they are not allowing me to login and if I try to register, they are not allowing as my email id has not changed. They want me to add another email id.
I talked to customer care, they said I will have to email them to delete my old account, I did that and they said the query will be resolved within 10 days.
I don’t know why it takes so long for a such a small query. And because of this I am unable to shop. Worst experience for just logging in.

Worst Service

I ordered 10 clothes out of which i needed exchange for 2 thing it has been 2 weeks since i requested for exchange … no communication from team. This is 3rd week and still no answer from there. Pantaloons please hear me out your collection is nice but the lethargic approach for simple things like exchange and return you are loosing customers. Please learn from myntra and ajio

Refund my money in my account

I have purchased from you on cash on delivery. I have returned some product but I received refund in my pantaloon credits.
I try to buy but there is lot of issues while returning the product.
From your Courier partner(shadowFax) not getting good service.
Even No One come to pickup but is shows pickup on hold as Customer demand money before pickup
So shameless service

Kurta , Salwer and jeans

Whatever I purchased from Pantaloons are always very good in quality. I surprised when one of my Salwer lasted 5 years . Still colour not faded yet.

They are doing fraud now.. i ordered a 9-10 yrs dress for my daughter and they delivered a bigger size and both the size tag and the price tags were cut. since my daughter had tried this dress in the showroom so we new that this ws a big one that they hav sent.
another top i had ordered which ws received without the tags so now i won’t be able to return it since they need pics wit tags in order to pass the quality check. So plz beware and do not buy from this app.

The worst online shopping site

I ordered a t-shirt for 450rs and i got the t-shirt damaged. So I returned the t-shirt and I only get a coupon of 385 but there’s more if you want to buy another tee or something different you have to pay a whooping 100rs for delivery. I didn’t want to pay the 100rs delivery charge that’s why i ordered above 1000rs but guess what my package got canceled again i only get back 110rs. I don’t know what the hell is this. Total waste of money. The customer service is also useless. They are begging us to not to raise a complaint or any kind of refund they will give me a voucher. Don’t fall for this fraud just avoid pantaloons. Go for other online site like ajio or myntra. These are way better.

Refund

I have placed the order with payment option COD and when i return it ideally pantaloon should refund our money to our bank account like other shopping app doing however it added that all money into pantaloon credit which is weired thing that means they want us to purchase on any condition as your money is in credit but what if i dont want anything to purchase .i request you guys to change your refund policy.

Poor app interface and poor customer service knowledge

I had chosen a wrong old address for my recent orders. My goodness, to cancel the order was such a TASK! a lot of improvements needed in the customer care and the app user interface as well. Would write in detail but I guess they won’t bother, why waste my time and energy in typing.

Worst Experience

This app is not at all good for online shopping. I ordered 9 products out of which 3 got canceled automatically and the rest of the product I received was color mismatch few were not packed properly. I would like to recommend others not to purchase anything from this online app. Customer service is very poor when you need to return any product.

Worst experience of online shopping

Buying things from this app was the worst experience. The shoes that were delivered were used ones. There were missing shorts in the baby cloths set that I ordered and now when I am returning they said shorts are missing.
This is the most pathetic service that any online shopping app could provide.
Never expected this out of pantaloons

Worst app i ever seen, don’t buy from this

believe me this is the worst platform to product,

If you have a problem with the product and you have entered a return, These people will deactivate your account, And this has happened to many people, not just me.
And then after this if you call the customer care number, they will make you fool for 10-15 days , And after that we will tell you that sir you mail us, we cannot do anything beyond this, talk on mail only, After that the mail team will also send you same mail every time and at last you will come to know that your money is lost.
So guys don’t product from this platform instead this visit MYNTRA
their customer care service far better than pantaloon

Worst Experience

I ordered the two formal trousers together, but they came in different parcels, due to size issue I requested to return the same, and delivery partner Canceled the one return stating that the barcode sticker is not found on the product, but actually when I got the formal trouser, there was not any kind of barcode sticker is available and the other formal trouser return request cancelled by delivery partner stating that the trouser I am returning is of different brand from which I ordered, but actually I returned the same formal trouser. so please resolve the issue.
