Won’t work to buy a car wash
Tried dozens of times, and can’t load a credit card to buy a single car wash.
Support is lacking
Car wash is great!! Wish they just did the stickers for the cars vs the app.
Getting responses for app assistance takes forever if at all.
Can’t login with the 100% correct login information.
Resetting password process doesn’t work, no email shows up to reset.
Ask for help, nothing.

Inconsistent with Machine
This will be the second time the App doesn’t communicate correctly with the machine. I have a membership which allows a wash per day, but twice now I’ve had to pay. Wish the app would work better with the scanner and actually work consistently. Hate having to pay twice for a service.
Cant pull up QR code
If the app crashes or reloads you are unable to pull up the QR code to scan and start the car wash.
