Hostile first user experience

Put in my phone number, it asks me to sign in using an email and password. I haven’t signed up before, can’t do forgotten password either. Wasn’t able to use the app

Crashing

Both the Speedy Tab, or whatever app that it’s in conjunction with, keep crashing. I was told it was “fast and easy” to place an order ahead, and it was not. When you call a store, you also get a customer service line that isn’t helpful. “I can email Speedytab and tell them the app isn’t working...” oh ok.

Loved being about to just pull up the app and order right before I get to any on their locations! They are always super packed and this allows me to come right in pick up my coffee without waiting 😎
