Difficult to pay
Would rate it higher if the app was not so difficult to pay with my Apple Card. The app was keeping me from changing cards saved on my phone and would crash out.

Disappointing Order Fulfillment
I love the coffee here and I like supporting local businesses. But my order never seems to be ready when I arrive. And forget ordering food. Anything you order on the app never seems to be in stock when you arrive. So they have to issue a refund and that usually takes 3 days. I really want to support this shop. I think I’m just going to have to stop using the app. And that means I’ll probably end up going somewhere else more often than here because of convenience. I don’t understand how another coffee shop’s order fulfillment can work almost flawlessly and CWJ can’t get it together. :/
