Jetzt soll ich auch noch alle Zusatzfunktionen, die ich längst gekauft hatte wieder neu kaufen.
Ich werde jetzt doch nach einer anderen App suchen. Bislang hatte ich dass gescheut, weil ich dann alles neu einrichten muss. Aber was soll ich mit einer App, die nicht macht, was sie soll. Zu Beginn als ich sie hatte, hat alles funktioniert.

Hello, thank you for your feedback! Regarding expiration dates, please check your Expiration Input settings in the App settings. There's also a toggle in the form that affects the type. Additionally, the item category directly influences how this term is displayed. Regarding barcode scanning, it may not function as expected. To unlock its full potential, you must either access the product database or manually create your own product library through initial data entry. Only when scanning barcodes already present in your library will you experience "one scan, automatic data extraction." This occurs because barcodes themselves do not encode the specific information you anticipate.

- the scanner hasn’t recognised my products so far, only the country of origin - there’s no option to sort alphabetically(!), or by grabbing and moving, for me that’s the most painful. But as soon as the alphabetical or grab-and-move organising is available, I will change my rating to 5 stars.

We are very pleased to inform you. Several of the issues you raised have been resolved, with the exception of the grab-and-move organising. You are welcome to update to version 7.2.0. For grab-and-move, our team evaluated that it is not a necessary feature for the time being and may conflict with existing sorting features. By the way, including the alphabetical sorting (i.e., sort by name) you mentioned, there are already five sorting methods, which we believe will satisfy general sorting needs. - - - - - - Very happy to reap the benefits of your review. We will answer some of the questions you have stated about the app, the rest will be dealt with by the product staff in communication with the developers, and improvements related to them may be introduced in future versions. One of the questions about email, I wonder if it would be convenient for you to write to us and tell us how the specific form of requesting permission to access your email in the app works? We can tell you with certainty that our App itself does not have this unwarranted request, and our development team suspects that it may be the case that you clicked on an advert in the App and the request was triggered by the advert. For the issue of needing to click twice to select the icon, there was actually a misunderstanding and a design error on our part. There are two types of icon selection: automatic and explicit. The default is automatic selection, even if you don't see the selection outline, the icons will prioritize the first candidate icon in left to right order. Of course, we are aware that this design can be confusing. We are considering adding selection outlines for icons that are in effect under the automatic selection policy as well. This change may be applied in the next release. The rest of the issues regarding the interface will be sorted out one by one and we will let you know when we roll out the improved version. App ist schlecht gibt da viel bessere!!!
Wenn man über die App das Abo abschließt steht da 7 Tage Testen natürlich nur bei dem Jahresabo. Schließt man das Jahres Abo ab um in diesen 7 Tagen zu entscheiden ob es die richtige App ist. Dann ist da aber nichts mit 7 Tage gratis testen das Abo wird sofort abgebucht. Ich habe eine viel bessere App gefunden man kann sie testen ohne zu abonnieren (halt nur für eine begrenzte Anzahl) und dort gab es auch das Jahresabo mit 7 Tagen gratis probieren und es wird auch erst am 8. Tag abgebucht oder man storniert vorher. Wie das in dieser App abläuft geht garnicht. Klar so kann man sich auch gut finanzieren, denn da werden so einige drauf reinfallen.
