This app is terrible. GPS and location tracking fail constantly, making it impossible to join queues properly. Drivers lose time and money because of these bugs. The app is slow, outdated, and unreliable. Please fix the location system and improve stability.

Worst Airport Queue System for TLC Drivers in New York
This is by far one of the most frustrating and unfair apps for TLC drivers in New York. The airport queue system is a complete disaster. You can wait for hours just to get into the queue, and sometimes it takes up to a full day before you’re even able to accept a ride.
The process is extremely difficult and unclear. You move closer to the airport hoping to receive requests — and suddenly the trip disappears. No explanation. No transparency. No consistency.
Going online is another nightmare. You have to press the button over and over again because the app keeps glitching or kicking you out. It feels unstable and unreliable, especially when drivers depend on it to make a living.
Drivers waste gas, time, and energy dealing with this broken system. There is no proper support and no clear explanation of how rides are distributed.
Very disappointing experience. TLC drivers deserve much better than this.

I keep trying to get in que but the app says the queue is full , how is the queue full when it’s online.
Terrible to use
It takes over 2 hours sometimes to join the queue, that’s excluding the constant crashing of the app. I expect great things from the Port Authority and this is not it.
Not a great app
I have to sit for hours trying to join the queue, i even make my daughter do it sometimes as it would possible benefit me but watching her sit for hours clicking 20000 times, I just give up! This app is not great although SOMETIMES it offers a decent amount of money but at what cost? This app is supposed to make it easier for us taxi drivers but it is clearly not, it’s extremely time consuming. Not just that but when I do join the queue after clicking for more than 1000 times, sometimes a glitch can happen and the queue automatically gets removed! So many hours of clicking and tapping GONE! Please fix this app for the sake of us Taxi drivers.

This app has multiple glitches and always gives issues. I spend so much time clicking to get in the queue and it always takes over an hour. After getting in the app has glitched multiple times for me and randomly takes me out of the queue without me clicking anything. This app needs serious changes

Such a Horrible app. This is Such a waste of time and trash app. It takes forever to be in virtual queue and take hours to get a fare. Big shame

This app is an absolute nightmare for taxi drivers at JFK. It's supposed to streamline the process of joining the queue, but instead, it feels like a cruel game of chance. I've spent over an hour repeatedly pressing the join button, often more than 100 times, without getting in. It's frustratingly unreliable, with frequent glitches and crashes that make it nearly unusable. The concept might be good, but the execution is so poor it feels like the Port Authority isn't interested in making life easier for taxi drivers. If there was an award for the worst app, this one would take it hands down. Do better, Port Authority, this is an embarrassment to NYC's taxi industry.

What is this sorry excuse of an app that is supposed to make it easier to get customers from JFK? I just spent the last 3 hours trying to get in line because when I got in before and it kicked me out without reason while my position was 1100. This is not the first time it has happened to me and it is very sad that you guys can’t fix or even update this app. How is it fair for us to sit for hours on end to get is a virtual queue that is always at “max capacity” whole others just broke the workers at CTH with no consequences? Everytime I log into this app to get into the stupid queue that never works, I record how long it takes and on average it’s 2 hours and 27 minutes. I am on the verge to file a class action multimillion doller lawsuit if this app is not fixed and improved within 4 weeks.

You’re probably sitting on your computer right now trying to figure out how to Print “Hello World “ 😂😂. 5 year olds in India can make better apps than you. Also I don’t think a career in software development isn’t for you better go back to making that cappuccino at Dunkin Donuts or something 🤷🏽♂️

If this is the best that port authority of New York can come up with its a shame… in order to join the queue i have to try more than an hour each time… click non stop thousand of times… do i go pick up passengers in the city or deal with this stupidity just to join the queue… when i get home instead of spending time with my family, i have to sit and click for hours at a time just to be able to join the line… sometimes i give up and just close the app because it annoys me to the point where i feel like im begging… port authority should come up with a solution for this problem… let everyone joint right away and maybe create a second queue section where we will be notified once its our time to get into the main queue… this app is supposed to make our lives easier not harder… so far its completely disappointing… please do something about it as soon as possible so we have some peace in our lives as we are going through difficult times as it is…
