Useless if you can’t read small font sizes
I had to delete it. Because it’s absolutely useless if you can’t read small fonts. Nothing helps. I couldn’t even write a sentence. You can’t decide on font size. There is no way you make it larger. It doesn’t respond to default font settings of your phone. It’s simply useless, for anybody who can’t read small fonts. Don’t bother if your sight is not 10/10

Fresh air among other bloated apps: Google docs, Microsoft word etc. need a new release though been a while

Completely unusable. Dropbox has abandoned its users and only the scrap remain.
You’re breaking my heart
This is one of my most used apps/tools. But you haven’t had an update in many years and the app has falling behind. Why are you not investigating in this space. I’d pay for this faster than I’d pay for Netflix or Hulu but Dropbox has abandon Paper and their users. This could have been Dropbox’s next big thing but instead it’s been left to ‘rot on the vine’

Appalling Product so bug ridden
This product is totally appalling. At fundamentally fails across different devices. Supposedly there are issues. I spent hours and hours and hours on call customer service. They are totally unhelpful and in fact, downright rude. I have been researching ways to move from dropbox to box.. I would warn anybody please do not go down the path of using this paper product it’s hopeless.

Disappearing Documents & Duplicates
I wrote a document and saved it. When I went back to do some editing, it was completely gone. I tried to add a new document by clicking the plus sign and it made duplicates of the same blank document. When I deleted the second one, it deleted both. It wouldn’t just let me have one. I tried this twice with the same result. This app is very glitchy and unusable.

Paper’s amazing. So simple. And so brilliant at collaborating. You’ll never want to use Word again

No Longer Supported
App has been abandoned by Dropbox which is a shame.
Very disappointed!
I have been with Dropbox for around twenty years, give or take. It has gradually gotten worse and worse. There were technical help, and the program was better with all the new technology. And, there is no help or support anymore.
I used to think it was the best program around. It doesn’t have user friendly features and the program is not as efficient. You pay more now and get less.

Wonderful note taking app however needs regular updates
Really like the simple fuss free interface but requires regular updates hence deducting a star.
A good use case is every folder to have a doc where you can save or write important stuff.

Doesn’t work
If you are you going to block users from using mobile web at least get the app to work. Copying a link to a doc in order to share doesn’t work. Useless.
Simply brilliant
Love it. Simple, focused. Handy for keeping notes, drafting papers, gathering grids of images as reference and mood boards.
Had a bug for a while where no images would load, after some diligence with customer support and the team we got it resolved.

An unappreciated notes app. Superior to iOS notes and every other notes app out there.
Dropbox can do so much better
This app will likely be the reason I’ll eventually switch to using Google. It’s either missing some basic functionality (like adding a row to a table) or it is not very intuitive when it comes to certain functions.

App is Great, Update Needed
Note to developers:
After editing a doc, and then switching to another app like Safari, when I return to Dropbox Paper I’m not able to position the cursor nor type into the doc except for a small area above the keyboard. I’m using an iPhone 11 with the latest update.

Not Sure What Is Happening on iPad
Beautiful app, but it simply isn’t functioning on iPad. Very hard to summon the typing cursor despite repeated clicks, and the timeline feature is completely unresponsive. I’ll use the app in Safari until iPad app comes up to speed, hopefully soon!
Errors inserting pictures into a document
Generates "Couldn't load preview" error after a picture is inserted.
Needs an Audio Reading feature
I like it but I haven’t found out how to get the program to Read Aloud what I have written there.
