Templates and Images
When I first got this printer and the app, there was an option to explore various users and the images they uploaded and shared. These were amazing and opened a world of possibilities. Now it’s standard and hasn’t even been updated for years, no Christmas templates or images. Nothing, please improve this! Bring back the creators.

I bought the paperang 1 and I just love using it. I images are clear and you can even create your own images.
I only have one problem and that I don’t have the icon where I can view other peoples images etc.

Сбрасываются шрифты при редактировании
При редактировании сохранённой в истории заметки шрифты сбрасываются. Приходится их заново выбирать. Очень неудобно.
What happened to the community posts?
I redownloaded the app after getting a new phone and the community aspect seems to have disappeared.

I used to love this app. I haven't used my Paperang printer for awhile and the whole app has changed. This used to be fun. Its slow, i cant adjust the quality like before, the app has to be closed and reopened to print photos, YES my phone is up to date and the app which i regret.
Where are the online pics fromother people?

Won’t download
Won’t download onto my iPhone anymore. I did have it.
Why can’t I hook up to any of my phones!?
What did you all do that makes the app NOT WORK anymore? Everything was working perfectly fine and now I can’t even scan in or print / connect through Bluetooth. Please fix this ASAP. I have way too much paper to use for this device.

The app had some lags before so I couldn’t even use it on my iPhone. But now with some latest updates I was really surprised that it works very well. Printer got connected with the phone easily and prints out everything very smoothly. Thanks guys for keep improving it. Good luck. 加油！
App not working
Will update review and change stars when they fix app. It doesn’t show everything on the Home Screen it only shows document print and scan. Nothing use. So I can’t use mine. I deleted app reset the printer everything still not working. It also takes forever to connect.
I cant log into the app
I can long in online, but not on the app. It keeps saying my user doesnt exist. So i click register on the app, it sends a verification code, but nothing comes. Now what am i suppose to do?

I have an iPhone 13 Pro, and I used to be able to print with the paperang printer (not smoothly though…)
After the new update, the app simply won’t connect and I’ve tried multiple times. The printer is not cheap, and I’m really sorry I bought it because it’s useless now.

居然锁区？？
花钱买的硬件、花钱买的纸，出国之后却突然告诉我机型只能在中国大陆使用——请问这样做对贵司有什么好处吗？非国区版本的已经是没有作业帮的各种功能了，实在没有必要把最基本的打印功能也给锁起来。

Я не понимаю как пользоваться или что-то с принтером ?? Paperang 2. Вывожу на печать изображение, пишет «напечатано!» но не печатает ничего! Принтер зарегила, пробный кьюаркод напечатался, всё остальное - нет
