Info disappears

I followed the instructions to download Paperclip however I forgot my login info. When I requested a reset, it took HOURS to get the email with the token. By that time, the app lost my request and when I finally went to put in the token, it kept saying it wasn’t valid. When I went to contact support, the message I previously started disappeared and when I went to type what I needed, it came up with an error message.

Rediculous

Fraudulently says they offer cash advances. They do not. The app is impossible to use. I’ve tried several times. Watched the video followed all directions and it does not work or allow for cash advances. Grid and Albert are probably the best. They are simple and your cash advance is instant. It’s making me give a star which I do not want to.

Can’t even get to the wallet..

So I tried this app and it’s not even really an app just a weird extension. AND when ever I try to sign into my wallet to use the two dollars it gave me it makes me sign in endlessly. This is a joke and do better… ZERO STARS.

Cant open the app

I turned on the extension allowed it and i get the same thing a message telling me how to turn it on ive got the puzzle piece also theres nothing available aftwr doing what it says

Not good

This is one of the poorest developed apps I’ve come across. I don’t know how it’s been let out for use. Nothing makes a bit of sense with it and there’s no way to find anything out on how to use it. Bottom line , it’s either a scam, or child , and should not be allowed for public consumption. Apple clearly has no guidelines for apps they allow on their platform

Doesn’t work

There is no option to apply they say save to desktop but nothing happens after very confusing

Wow..

I don’t even write reviews but how is every review, a terrible review? This is ridiculous. Maybe you guys should invest in getting some type of phone service because waiting on an email when dealing with someone money is very frustrating.

Scam app, takes money and wont return it

I added the card to my cashapp after I Was approved for $3. I accidentally deposited $50 from my cashapp to the card and it has not shown up in the balance and support hasn’t come up with a solution in almost a week.

All the app does is make you add an extension to safari and never does anything else. Don’t waste your time.

Fraud

This app has red flags. It ask you to allow permission to add a extension onto your safari web browser access information to your browser history and a sensitive information including passwords and embarrass, sensitive tight information. You should not need to do this. If this is for an app you should be able to do within the app itself so it’s red flags all over it.

Stolen money & no communication

I am back again with yet another complaint. I have been emailing support for days, but all I get are automated messages about escalating the issue. I haven’t gotten one real answer since I joined the organization. And to think I’m inquiring about my own HARD EARNED MONEY. Not a hand out or help with anything other than locating my money. Disgusting treatment of your customers will ultimately end your business!

I’m unable to delete my account

Every time I open the app it tells me open the Paperclip app. I don’t want it and it won’t leave that page. So I’m unable to delete my profile. It’s so annoying

Scam don’t use

I tried to used the virtual card to make a payment and doesn’t work. I mistaken withdrew money from my cash app account on to the card and they money never came threw. Please don’t use it app completely a waste of time and money.

Absolute scam

Makes you download an app that it won’t let you log into while charging a fee for a service you can’t use. Absolute scam. Ridiculous to close the account and stop being charged. This app deserves negative stars if that was an option.
