App needs improvements
I love this app however there are a few things that needs to be worked on such as the iOS paperxut printer each time I go to print I see 2 or more printers with the same name. Can tbis be worked on so it shows only one time even when there is an app update or iOS update.
Also for my end users I need to have a way when a print job does not print like it is intended like low ink or paper jam were the user can report and request for a partial account refund and have the option to attach error messages and proof before a admin can adjust the account. Also have settings when an under reports a low ink where it can temporarily block printing to thet specific printer until a admin fixed the issues and makes the printer fixed. This way it can help ensure all printers are avalible when they are needed and to track printer issues more auxtentky for out IT team.

Best app for printing
It’s perfect for school and high school
Great app
Great start for off site printing. However when seeing to the global print inbox there needs to be settings to indicate portrait or landscape mode for the entire print job or for specific pages only. Also a option to crest the print job offline to submits to the server latter would help when there are network/internet issues. This way we do not loose the content of a print job and end up with the same items being submitted multiple times. Also it would help if there was a added option to indicate color quality such as best, normal, draft or fast draft mode. This was I can control the amount of color ink used and have this setting were the admin can specify which ones are made avaloble and which ones permission has to be asked for before a print job can use that setting. Also for the flushing options can you add 2 and 3 hole punch options as some printers support this feature.

Worse printing app ever
So unreliable. The co-working space I rent from uses this app to print. It’s very unreliable. Can’t install app correctly on iPhone or laptop. Would not recommend.

Too confusing
My school printer doesn’t have a QR code on it so I couldn’t set it up to print. I assumed I would just be able to use my login for my account because that’s what I do for my laptop, but unfortunately that’s not how it works.
Inaccessible
Laptop version works great, the app not so much don’t see why email is needed or QR code and such should just have to login using the account made, very useless

What is the point of this app?
What’s the point of having an app if you’re just gonna make it inaccessible to the people who want to use it? Why do I need a verification email to use the app? If I already have an account why can’t I just log in to my account and print from there like I would on my laptop on the website? This genuinely doesn’t make any sense to me.
