- New Outpt Dx Search Bar button appears in the Type row just to the right of the OBS button whenever an outpatient patient type is selected - Tapping Outpt Dx Search Bar switches the outpatient diagnosis dropdown to a searchable list covering all Common Diagnoses (OP) including EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP and EUS subfolder entries plus the full inpatient diagnosis list as a secondary resource - Tapping the button again turns off the search bar and returns to the standard outpatient dropdown - This setting is remembered for the entire hospital sheet so all new OP patient cards on that sheet automatically use the search bar until turned off - Outpt Dx Search Bar does not appear for pediatric hospitals as they already have a diagnosis search bar by default - Minor improvements
