Invite heaven
It’s incredibly easy to use, and so many incredible options! It’s heaven for people who have a hard time creating something of their own, or who need an idea.
So classy and thorough at the same time!
Such an elegant way to invite to and manage events. Has so many features and ways to make it as personal and specific as necessary or as broad and wide as desired. Highly recommended!

Since when did this become so much more expensive? Great designs but at a price!
Confusing charging practices
The “coins” they require to send your list add up with the simple touch of a tab. No confirmation of charges or why the charges keep going up. $30 for a guest list of 10 is excessive. I was charged 2 different times and customer service was nowhere to be found. Phone number leads to voicemail and no email confirmation to messages sent to customer service. Cards are cool but the process is deceitful.

Paperless Post Plus Scam
I kept trying to create the shareable link and it kept wanting to add on the Paperless Post plus for 200 coins. I continued to back out only to discover it charged me the 200 coins, even though I did not want or need Paperless Post plus.
Difficult to navigate
This site is incredibly cumbersome. Some of the features are circular and when you go to a page, it tells you you can’t be there and then you go back and it takes you to that same page again. Features are not well labeled. And trying to share it with friends and family has been totally labororious. I’m only continuing because I’m so invested.

The absolute best
I have used Paperless Post invitations for the last 3 to 4 years for any invitation that I needed for any special event any special day and has been so easy and understandable for the people invited and also me as a host love them

Can be frustrating and confusing for guests
I sent my save the dates on paperless post. When you send your guests upstate’s it’s very confusing for them as almost no one can figure out the “tap to view” feature. I wish it sent my updates as an actual sms. Also- I tried to send out everyone my wedding website and they do not make links clickable in their messages. It was a very expensive e-vite that was supposed to save me time from texting everyone, but now I have to do it anyway because of many complaints of confusion.

Coins?
This is the most ridiculous way to charge us for using your service. I keep on having to buy more coins to send my invite out. And once I made it and sent it, it’s too late to go to another service. Never again. I could have bought and mailed out custom invites with the amount of money I’ve spent on coins

I pay way too much for invitation and they don’t allow you to do a guest registry
I’m so not happy with the service you guys made me pay more than I was supposed to. I could’ve went to another company.
Appalling app.
Terrible app. It’s constantly logging me out. Trying to log back in and it won’t let me regardless of what i do. Says account authenticated but won’t let me go further. Avoid
Handy, room for improvement
Love this, just wish it had an auto save function. Wish it had an easy reception block. For a second address.
Trash interface
So hard to use and I consider myself pretty good with technology. On top of that, the invites don’t actually send to your guests. Leaving you to text everyone individually. Absolutely worthless, can’t wait to delete it after my event is over. Never again.
You have to pay for everything
I downloaded this become my family has used it in the past and the invites were nice. To have access to cool invites you have to pay for coins. Ok not that big of a deal I just need to keep track of who’s coming to my event. TO KEEP TRACK YOU HAVE TO PAY MONEY FOR A FEATURE YOU WOULD THINK WOULD COME WITH THE APP.
