Disappointed
At 70 years of age I was interested in a program that would teach me how to remain flexible enough to continue playing good golf for the next 10 years.
My coach was very supportive and tried hard to keep me motivated. Unfortunately as my index went from 1.9 to 3.4 I question the effectiveness of spending valuable time on a program that was difficult to find time for. In the beginning the questions I was asked were supposed to see if the program was a good fit. I had indicated I could spend 90 minutes a week. The first couple months my workouts were an hour long three times a week. Add in maybe 15-20 minutes per month for testing. Luckily for me I own a Garmin R 50 launch monitor to measure club speed. Throw in that they changed the app after the first month and it really is still in a beta mode. At$499. Per month I’m having a difficult time justifying my decision to join the program.
While testing results are not readily available to me, after requesting a update on my progress I was provided some feedback but the progress is not documented in a way that I can monitor myself. That’s disappointing. Some of the “ exercises “ are difficult to perform and do require some specific equipment that needs space to perform. After complaining about the time involved the trainer shortened my workout time. At this point I’ve lost motivation and feel like I’m wasting my money

All the assignments from my coach are here and organized well and it’s also a great way to track progress and have a video library of all your exercises. Highly recommend.

Workouts are great. As a 70 year old golfer I love the age appropriate workouts.
