Best out there
Fit for golf is fantastic. The value for money is unmatched in the golf training market. The app has a big range of clear programmes that are easy to follow, encourage proper strength development, and easy to track progress. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Life Changer
Love this app. It keeps me accountable. I love its progressiveness. Videos of exercises are clear with lots of info. The many warm ups are varied, I use them all. I’m fitter and more flexible on the golf course. Have ended my gym membership am set up at home now with weights and the recommended bands. I really appreciate the regular research Mike sends - it’s interesting and keeps me motivated. 5 stars, Mike. Thank you.

A real program for improvement
Have completed 3 programs in this app. Age 50. Real results. 20 yards on driver, and feeling great everywhere else. App makes it easy to follow a progressive program, which got me over the hump of boring gym sessions and bootcamps that never increase strength. Started in home program, stepped up to gym after 3 months.

Watch your game improve
I’ve been working out for years, and had plateaued as a 4-6 handicap for a long time. A couple of years ago, I combined FitForGolf and the Stack, and my handicap dropped to the 1-3 range. In my late 50s, I’m playing the best golf of my life. When you go through these programs, you can have confidence you’ll gain strength, mobility, speed and distance. There’s no reason you can’t improve if you work on the right things. Mike has built a year round fitness plan for your golf game - I totally recommend it!

For Golfers Who Still Think They’re Athletes
I used to consider myself an athlete. Now I’m a middle-aged golfer who occasionally remembers being one.
Fit For Golf has been one of the few fitness programs that has genuinely kept me motivated and consistent in the gym. The workouts feel purposeful—not just “exercise for the sake of exercise”—and I can see how the strength, mobility, and power work translate to golf and staying athletic as I get older.
If you’re an older golfer, especially a former athlete who wants to move better, get stronger, and maybe claw back a little of what Father Time has been quietly stealing, it’s an excellent program. More importantly, it’s one I’ve actually stuck with—and that’s probably the best endorsement I can give it.
