Terrible App
Garbage app and garbage program. Minimal courses available to play. The app doesn’t connect to the system so you can’t track any data on the app. Would not recommend. If you’re debating between this and competitors like trackman or toptracer, go with the competition.
Doesn’t work
It says it connects to a full swing simulator but doesn’t display any recorded data.
Cloud needs a ton of work
I purchased the Full Swing Monitor for my business. I have repeated occurrences of lost shot data, corrupt sessions, and sometimes complete lack of recording to my iOS device. Tech support tries to help, but nothing ever gets resolved. Think twice before purchasing this launch monitor, and don’t plan on reliable cloud data if you do move forward.

Such a joke
Had my launch monitor for a year then it stopped working and they wouldn’t fix it or send me a new one. Yall never getting my business again. You guys are a joke.
Premium is non functional
Have the premium subscription and it has not worked for over 3 weeks. Customer service is non responsive. It seems like they are probably going out of business if I were to guess I would not buy premium.
