Cloud needs a ton of work
I purchased the Full Swing Monitor for my business. I have repeated occurrences of lost shot data, corrupt sessions, and sometimes complete lack of recording to my iOS device. Tech support tries to help, but nothing ever gets resolved. Think twice before purchasing this launch monitor, and don’t plan on reliable cloud data if you do move forward.

Such a joke
Had my launch monitor for a year then it stopped working and they wouldn’t fix it or send me a new one. Yall never getting my business again. You guys are a joke.
Premium is non functional
Have the premium subscription and it has not worked for over 3 weeks. Customer service is non responsive. It seems like they are probably going out of business if I were to guess I would not buy premium.
Login request blocked by WAF
Can no longer login it says ‘Request not allowed due to WAF block. This is on both WiFi and Cellular networks and no VPN…. Annoying
Was happy. Now very disappointed.
They now charge $200/year to have access to the functions that were included when you paid $5,000 for the unit. I can’t even access yesterday’s practice session. Very Disappointed by this! Will most likely sell my unit and will not recommend it to anyone.
