Premium is non functional
Have the premium subscription and it has not worked for over 3 weeks. Customer service is non responsive. It seems like they are probably going out of business if I were to guess I would not buy premium.
Login request blocked by WAF
Can no longer login it says ‘Request not allowed due to WAF block. This is on both WiFi and Cellular networks and no VPN…. Annoying
Was happy. Now very disappointed.
They now charge $200/year to have access to the functions that were included when you paid $5,000 for the unit. I can’t even access yesterday’s practice session. Very Disappointed by this! Will most likely sell my unit and will not recommend it to anyone.
Full service
I have had my full swing for 3-4 years now. My device has always worked well for me. A recent update started giving my machine issues. I called the support team and they were working on a fix instantly. In the end they ended up having me send my unit in and they resent me one. Completely hassle free. Some of the best service I’ve experienced.

Terrible support
It worked well for about a year, but now the device itself won’t hold a charge. I can’t take it to the range with me, it has to stay plugged in. I used to be able to use e6 with it, but e6 no longer supports full swing.

This app has become unusable. I can’t stand this company and wish I didn’t buy this.

Going from $99 to $199 in a single year is laughable. Will not be renewing

I got this a few years ago, it’s taken me from a 1.2 handicap down to a +2.2, All you gotta do is commit to learning and improving
Lags like crazy
As per title, the app lags like crazy and freezes every time I try to scroll up or down, newest model phone with no issues, never had problems with other apps. Makes Full Swing practically unusable...
Price doubled in a year!
Annual subscription doubled from $125 to $250 CAD for the same features. I regret buying this device.

Full Swing
This app has very basis features that will help a pro teach an amateur. For the Amateur it does not provide a platform for self learning. It starts with the way the data is collected - on range it is good. On screen not great. Only data no analytics

I love my FSK from the start. I like that this company is always trying to push for more updates and trying to improve the FSK to keep toe to toe with the other big name companies. Unfortunately, with this recent app update I’m almost logged out of my account. I signed back in on the app then it says that it’s “Loading your data.” And I can never get past that screen. Even after making a new account, deleting and re installing the app. The message stays the same, “Loading your data.” Can’t move forward from their. Hope this bug gets fixed ASAP

Insanely good, exceed every expectation
I have a 15 daughter that’s a competitive player, good ball striker, swings the driver 100mph. Good enough to see if the data makes sense. Uses trackman all winter. We’ve had a dozen or so sessions with the KIT and the data mirrors her data from the TM. The best part is how simple it is to set up on the golf course and get both swing data and video of each swing when playing live. Takes less than 10 seconds to set up, choose target, and pick the club. Feedback is priceless!! 10/10 The only parameter I wish it measured that it doesn’t is Low Point.

Can’t share
Great data, but they have been advertising for a year that you can share the data and still the only way is to screenshot and text. Sad

Hello! This feature has been released with version 1.2.5 on Nov 16. You can now export a past session, providing a web link that can be shared. From there you can export to CSV if desired.
HAD SEVERAL PROBLEMS WITH IT!
First one of my 8 iron shots was recorded as 14 yards and the average was 170 yards!
Second the voice would tell me ready but after several balls it stopped. Couldn’t get it to come back on.
Third had the ball placement at the same spot but after awhile it wouldn’t recognize the ball. Had to play around with the placement until it finally recognized the ball.
Fourth I was looking at the stats and it would freeze up. Had the restart the phone and go back into the program and pick another Club and it would freeze up again.
I don’t think this launch monitor is worth the frustration. Using an IPhone 11.

Works great
This works great, however it is missing a key feature for training. It can’t measure club head speed without detecting a ball being hit. So you can’t use it with different training tools. Much much less expensive ones can do that. How was this overlooked?

Taken from an OUTDOOR PERSPECTIVE : this launch monitor is amazing and easy to use. Setup takes minimal time. For the amount of accurate readings and data for the price point, it can’t be beat.
