This App Gave Me 6 Pack Abs

I have been going to Parado Power for 4 years now. I received my first ab (out of a possible 6 to create the, “6 pack”) soon after joining. I was well on my way to getting 1 ab per year but the schedule of ab creation was accelerated due to the COVID lockdown. Blake said I received extra abs because of my commitment during that time period and now I have a full 6 pack because that’s how biology and muscle protein synthesis works.

This app is wonderful because I can schedule my classes without talking to anyone. Because people are the worst.
