Won’t Login After You’ve Logged into Desktop Version!!
It’s incredibly annoying when you are trying to get work done remotely from your phone or sync into with your client and it won’t let you login with the same exact user name and pass. that you just used on your laptop before walking out, to login.
Somebody fix the bug and send out an email or update this app. Nothing worse than productivity being messed with because of glitches in platforms needed to do your job!!!!!

Not User Friendly
Such a poor app for the amount of money being spent to use paragon. It’s not quick or efficient. This was an app built by people who have never dipped a toe into real estate. ABRE3GO was much more user friendly to look up information on the go. Most people in the industry find this app to be so lacklustre and underwhelming. I wish we had a better option.

Awful
This is the most user unfriendly MLS app. I am licensed in multiple states requiring multiple mls systems. This is inferior to every other one in the area. Crashes a lot, requires constant deletion and reinstall. Don’t expect to be able to get info quickly on the app.

Crashed Constantly
The log-in feature continually crashes and doesn’t load. Have to uninstall app and redownload. Paying good money for CMLS and it feels wasteful. It’s embarrassing when my team and I are with clients.
Very cluttered and hard to navigate
Not sure how hard it is to build out a website like this, but it is not a user friendly experience. Cluttered, cumbersome, and crashes

Currently this app is useless. It does not allow you to login. It is very frustrating that in 2025 there is not a way to access the MLS in a mobile friendly way.

I have to constantly delete and reinstall this app to get it to work.
Often times I will try to open the app. It will ask me for my area and my login again. After I input all of that, it just sits there and bubbles and never opens. The only thing I have found is deleting it and reinstalling it. And then it only works for a short time.

Crashing and Supportless
The app keeps crashing when I try to open it or gets stuck on a ghost login screen that flashes when you try to tab in anything. What is the point of a tool I can’t use??
Tried to contact App Support and the link goes to Wix.com saying that the page isn’t attached to a domain and available for purchase.
Stuck in loading phase again after trying to log in. Sure wish it would just work consistently. It really is a hinderance.

Totally unreliable
This is a nuisance app. Sure, it’s designed to be helpful, but it is not because it is totally undependable. If there were an alternative, I would be using it now and not writing this review.

This app is awful. Has only one or two mls per state. Doesn’t have any of the ones I use.

Horrible app
My local MLS just switched to paragon, the app continuously logged you out and won’t open. It does a glitch when I try to click onto it and then close it completely and it’s been doing that for several days in a row.
Loving the new app
The newly launched Paragon Connect app capabilities and features are wowing MLS subscribers and participants. The feedback is very positive!

Favorite Mobile Real Estate App
I recently downloaded this app hoping to replace another app and to simplify my search when clients start asking questions that I need to answer quickly. The app is very responsive, love the power search, really love the layout. Still learning more about the app itself, if I can get the broker bay link to work it would be an absolute wrap. My favorite thing about the app is I can quickly see dimensions of the property, and it’s easy to follow. Highlights the subdivision, and super easy to get to tax records. I’m still learning more. But no way does it deserve a 2.0. Maybe that was year ago.
