Don’t bother
I would say the app was written by a toddler, but that’s just offensive to toddlers who are clearly much smarter than whoever wrote this dreadful application. If you are one of the rare people lucky enough to get to work, you’ll enjoy the benefit of having to pay a ticket service fee just for the benefit of suffering with the application.

This app is horrendous
This app either works or doesn’t work it’s very annoying. I’ve been going to paragon for years and would like to use my points and I can’t because the app is so flawed.
Not Working
App will not open. It freezes on the loading screen.
What’s my membership number?
I was trying to redeem my birthday free ticket and it asked for a number. I never had a membership number and tried looking it up but couldn’t find it. I called the theater and they didn’t know. What a scam!
Awful app
This app barely works and the point system is a work in progress at best. They advertise that certain points get you free tickets but you can’t even open the app to access your “rewards”. It’s always stuck on the loading screen and I have tried deleting and re downloading and nothing helps.

The app never worked great (buggy). But the last few months it just won't open and stays on the loading screen.
It’s not working
I’ve used the app no problem for a while. It won’t open now. I have 2 tickets that will expire soon but I can’t get to them. Is there a fix in the works?
Fix the app
The company doesn’t seem to care to get an app developer to fix the update. It has been over 5 months and still no fix, it is extremely frustrating. You would think with all the competition of theaters they would care. I go to the movies at least ten times a year, the seats aren’t that great for me to waste my time or money if they don’t care about their own clientele!!!

Doesn’t work!
Can’t use the app at all. I can’t check my rewards or use them. Nor have I been able to redeem rewards for concession purchases. The app has been down for months. Paragon needs to do better!
What happened!?
I used this app plenty of times and then all of a sudden it won’t open. I sent a message on Insta to Paragon. Please fix this. tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still won’t work.

Don’t waste your time with the rewards app. It will work for a few days IF you get it to load. Problem is your points won’t show and you can’t redeem for movies. So paragon is the same as other theatres in the area.
App Doesn’t Load
It’s been almost 5 months since the App worked, and all the rewards are locked into the App. Flixster can sell tickets but the own movie theater can’t? But great in person when you finally get there.
This app is great…
…if all you want to do is look at their logo. It never opens past the loading screen. No updates in over 3 years. Don’t even waste time downloading it. I already wasted mine writing this review.

I constantly have issues with this app. But I have a Birthday reward or other reward points. It does not allow me to use them. And now for the past several days, I can’t even get the app to load. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times on my iPhone. It is very frustrating.

Was working fine now it freezes on opening screen on my iPhone 12 I should have at least 2 free tickets but no way to redeem them
App Stopped Working
Paragon theaters app was working fine. Now it only shows a loading screen with the logo. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. Power cycling phone etc and app is still broken.
App Not Working
The app doesn’t load anymore and has been not working for a few months now. If you try to open the app, it just shows the Paragon logo and nothing happens.
Why require the app to get rewards?
Same problem as everyone else. I’ve downloaded the app and nothing happens. I’ve restarted my phone. Nothing. I used to use my rewards card with no problem but now to claim my rewards I must use the app, which doesn’t work. Why???
Can we please update app??
It’s need an massive update, it gets stuck on launch screen… it’s been 3 years since last update can we please do something
Doesn’t work
Haven’t been able to use my app for a couple of months. No one I know can. We’ve all just been going to a different theater. Obviously Paragon doesn’t care.
