iOS 26 app isn’t working
Since the update of iOS 16 and above, the app isn’t working, and it’s been a while. It seems that there are no updates for the app to fix the issues, so I don’t know what’s going on. Someone fix your app.

Could you please verify if Guy can update the app to support iOS 26.4, which I am currently using? The paragraph AI feature is not displaying as it used to. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you.

This app is amazing!! It takes my words and strengthens the message. Plus if I use acronyms the app may even expanding to the full definition and include additional details for it, again amazing!

Awful company. I tried it to see if I liked it given it said three day free trial. Immediately charged me $149.99 plus tax and declined my request for a refund. This company and app is a total scam and you need to RUN!! They steal your money. Horrendous!
Edit: I have followed up 8 times. No resolution. Still out my money. Is this how you do business , you tell me what to email and do but then tell me you can’t do a refund that Apple needs to do it yet Apple says you keep declining my refund . So I’m stuck. Please assist.

Good app but….
It’s a good app, but it could be better!! Like we don’t want to pay to use it more…. So please give us some more free things in this… because I don’t think people want to pay so…. I know I don’t want to..
A better use of time…
Though I do not yet know the intricacies and nuances of this program, the time I’ve spent with it has encouraged me and otherwise convinced me to upgrade to really start using it regularly and also learning from it.
I find that I communicate reasonably well in writing if I’ve taken the time to check it over and rewrite it at least once. All too often I find myself trying to edit as I go and in fact losing the type of focus it takes to compose and present a decent thought in text.
I’m looking forward to this very cool app helping me stay in the moment and better convey my messages- time spent more wisely.

Dishonest as the day is long.
RUN RUN RUN… please read entire review!!!! Don’t trust their ‘free’ preview because they charge you as soon as you sign up and don’t wait for the preview period to lapse. I cancelled within 2 days because the app didn’t meet my needs. When I got my credit card bill I was surprised to see I was charged the very first day, not after any free trial. I messaged them to dispute the charge and sent screenshots of the charge and received NO RESPONSE. Their auto mated reply said I should receive a response within 3 business days. I patiently waited heard nothing, charge hadn’t been refunded, at the 30 day mark I filed a dispute with my credit card and about 10 days later I finally got a response asking me to withdraw my dispute and offering me a free year. Why would I cancel my dispute? Just refund my money and a dispute would never have been filed.
Update: Yes they finally refunded after disputing with my credit card BUT HERE WE ARE IN FEBRUARY AND THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN. I cannot express my disappointment at this company’s lack of integrity.

Prices are different ipad than it is for iPhone
On my iPad it says it’s $19.99 a month, but on my iPhone it says $10 a month. Why?

Getting error messages
Suddenly error messages app is going bonkers Locked me out of my account telling me I need to pay ??? I've been a paying client since the beginning. No one will help fix this for 3 days?? When contacting support..

Used to be so much better
This app started off strong and deserved a 5-star rating, but recent changes have made it less appealing. The writing quality has declined, and the new interface is confusing, featuring various icons at the bottom that lack clear labels. Despite my efforts to adapt, the writing has not improved. Additionally, frequent errors require me to reinstall the app, which is frustrating for a paid product. Overall, this experience has not met my expectations.
