Pathetic as usual
I HATE this app and the customer service is equally pathetic. It’s the most glitchy app ever. If my favourite shows weren’t on here, I wouldn’t use it all. I was cancelling my subscription because I was sick of the nonsense and I was provided with a half off subscription which I redeemed. Then they charge me full price. The customer service guy gives ME attitude and acts like he’s doing me a favour my giving me a “one time courtesy” and will refund me half the money. No apology, no care in the world. You wasted MY time, took MY money that I didn’t authorise and you’re giving me a one time courtesy, really?

Terrible episode organization
Rudimentary compared with better streaming services. many of the TV series are numbered wrong for episodes and in the wrong order or labelled with a description that is a completely different episode from a whole other season.

I feel like I’ve watched more adverts than my favourite programme. I know your keeping the prices down but if your getting $8 from millions of subscribers then I’m unsure why you need so many adverts. I won’t be buying sorry .
