you ask 15$ for no ads yet your app cant provide closed captioning without being turned off randomly. shows your lack of care for deaf accessibility. on top of that the CC is turned off by default. honestly the worst streaming service across all platforms
Doesn’t work on iPad
I’m constantly met with errors when trying to view content on my iPad.

Screen goes green after a while, you have to exit the app for it to catch back up
Ad free with ads
Previews even when you pay for ad free, and if you skip them you can’t rewind or fast forward the show. Clunky UI. Worst streaming platform by far
Probably the most ad-heavy streaming service I have ever seen.
The basic plan with ads is totally unusable. It takes 40minutes to view a 20minute episode.
Bugged.
Fails to run on iOS16.7.17, gets stuck in a "you must Update/Open/you must Update loop". Avoid.

The clunkiest streaming app I ever used. No point getting a subscription. Loses your place in series and episodes constantly.

Fantastic App for a great price and plenty to watch .
Highly dissatisfied
I was happily watching Star Trek: TNG today when the episode started buffering. I closed it and attempted to restart but suddenly 90% of the episodes were gone. After spending 2.5hrs troubleshooting with both Paramount+ and Roku I was left with NO solution and an empty “we apologize for the inconvenience.” It’s supposedly been escalated but they could not provide me with a timeline and then disconnected me before I could voice my dissatisfaction to the agent. I am now forced to cancel my subscription as it’s useless. I have never received such absolutely atrocious customer service. It is wholly unacceptable of them to have wasted my time on what appears to be an issue for multiple customers. How have they not yet found a solution?

It is so good I wanted to watch all the Transformers movies and I could because of Paramount+
App is terrible
This app is appalling. Play/pause buttons don’t work, never saves your place in the series you are watching.
Why it’s good
U can watch thing u can’t watch on Netflix and Disney but on paramount + u can watch old movies that aren’t on either of those even tho I have only watched 3 or 4 thing I think it will be good app bye have a great day to whoever reads this bueee
Terrible
Year later downloading is still crazy slow comparing 4 other streaming services. Also app is really buggy and freezes if you manage to pause then half time can’t hit play and have to close and reopen. No others streaming service is this buggy.
Trop de bugs
Le catalogue est super mais il faut s’armer de patience devant une ergonomie très perfectible sur des fonctions pourtant tres basiques. Parfois impossible d’à céder a son épisode car plantage systématique si on skip la bande annonce pub du début, et même si on la regarde l’écran freeze ensuite sur le logo Paramount. Parfois je dois retourner en arrière sur un épisode pour pouvoir débloquer le suivant et parfois rien n’y fait, et l’appli crashe souvent. Améliorer également les fonctions « reprendre » , l’appli ne semble pas conserver la progression et me remet à la saison.1 par défaut, il faut aller rechercher la saison et l’épisode souhaité. Assez pénible et chronophage .la fonction telecharger est a revoir, un simple épisode prend parfois plus de 5 mn a charger contre qques secondes chez la concurrence .
Bref beaucoup de crashs et de défauts d’ergonomie de l’app, attention au même prix que la concurrence il faut faire au moins aussi bien ! Mise à jour corrective attendue !
