Hacked

It’s a coincidence that ever since I downloaded this app two days ago my FedEx and UPS has been having issues with delivery in which I’ve never had a problem with them, so I believe it’s through this app that my information has been hacked and I’m not receiving my packages. They’re going somewhere else until somebody else.

This is the worst app to track things you put the stuff in and it doesn’t do anything but stay on pending.

Here's what to try while we work on it: (1) update the app to the latest version, (2) log out and back in, (3) reinstall and re-enter your tracking number. Sometimes carriers take a little extra time to push updates through, but we're right there with you every step of the way!
