The data they give you is wrong and outdated. Seems to mix up parcels and also gives old and outdated information also. Pretty scammy to make people pay for this.

Bait and switch lie on subscription
Annual subscription advertised with a 7 day free trial. Was billed immediately and Apple says I’m not eligible for a refund.
WARNING!!!!
I signed up for the trial and it automatically charged me and now I'm struggling to get a hold of Support to get a refund. A 7-Day trial means TRIAL and I should not have been charged until the trial was over!!!!!!
Cool App
Very easy to use app.
False advertisement
The app is free in the store but you can not use any function of the app without paying. I strongly dislike misleading of potential users. Would not recommend.

Not worth $60 if you forget to cancel the stupid trial.
Almost useless now
Are utilizing this app a few years ago and it was great. It had all kinds of information about previous owners and other information. Then they ended that app and this is the replacement app, and it’s almost useless. Most of all the information is gone, except for acreage and parcel number, and sometimes, the owner. Not great.

Subscribe now without looking or else…..
Opened for the first time and got pop up that said “Special Offer. Save 40%. Once you close this popup, this offer is gone”. I’m not subscribing without even seeing what the app is like. Like this offer, your app on my phone is now gone. 🤷🏻♂️
Clear UI, no registration needed
I like how minimalistic the app is, but it still provides everything I need: property lines, metadata, zones and owner’s info. Great app!
Up to date and enriched parcel data
I love that you can call the parcel’s owner right from the app. The property lines are actual and up to date, which is also valueable
Unable to cancel subscription
Tried to cancel do not like and was charged please refund the only reason I will be opening. This app is to try to get a refund.

Permanently Disabled the app I paid for?
Prior app disabled after I paid nearly a hundred dollars? No success getting a refund through the App Store.

Used to be free move to the app Regrid it free unlike this app used to be
This app used to be somewhat free.Example letting you see who owns the property but everything else was under a pay wall number etc which was FINE BUT they sold out now and now it cost 5 bucks a month to view who evens owns the property.Bring the free version back please and I will come back to being a loyal user.

This app is a copy (even down to the branding) of an old app with the same name that is no longer available.
App simply doesn’t work
Paid for the years subscription last month, app hasn’t worked since. Received an email stating the app was shutting down but no refund.
