Completely unusable
The app used to be okay but has really gone downhill recently to the point it’s completely unusable. The messages were taking ages to load on my Apple device now they’ve introduced an update, they still take ages but after 15 seconds it just throws up an error message. Complete disaster of an app.

Was great…until the update
If the app had been working for you but suggested an update June 2026, do not update! I’m just getting the black screen of death now on my iPhone 13, iOS 26.5. Tried to log in online but it won’t let me, despite using the proper tools to reset my password. There’s nowhere to get in touch with anyone to report it either, hence why I’m leaving a review in the hopes that one of the developers will see this. Gutted because until this, I had really enjoyed using the app. Please fix this!

Bad reviews? It’s good
Dunno why this scores so low. Use it daily for updates - get the updates (photos messages etc). No long-standing issues with bugs etc. great!

Not good app so basic to keep informed of little one
Log in says successful but not logging in
Since new update I can’t get into it at all even though login details are correct, app says it’s successful but stays on login window
Not very stable plus doesn’t refresh properly
Not a fan of the app. It logs you out sometimes and then it is a scramble to get the password from my spouse. Most users will have a single login shared by both parents so this doesn’t help.
But the biggest gripe is that it doesn’t refresh info properly each time you open. To the extent I close the app completely each time I exit so that next time it is a ‘new ‘ open and not from memory as a previously opened app.

Awful
I’ve just downloaded this app and if I could give it 0 stars I would. Just trying to fill out the registration form is a headache. Each time I click ‘save progress’ it deletes all my answers.
Great app
Great app - works well and has all what you need. I like the picture gallery especially so I don’t have to scroll through the days to find photos.

Great idea, when it’s working it’s perfect for updates on my little girl at nursery. Shame it crashes so often.
Never works
This app constantly has bugs and dosent work it leaves you on a blank page for hours then when you finally get to sign it it says error I wish my nursery would change apps cos this one’s useless

Since the new update unless you have iOS 16 or later it won’t load

Disappointed to find the app is no longer compatible with previous iOS versions. I can no longer access my child’s account. What a shame!!
Improving!
Updates have made this app so much better. My only gripe is in the messaging; this app seems unable to recognise punctuation or needing to start a new line.

Doesn’t work
Can’t even log in. Opening the app presents a blank white screen.
Frustrating
This app isn’t too bad once you’re in but it won’t accept auto fill-in of log in details, and when I do manually put in my email address and password it says ‘your email and password cannot be blank’ so it fails at the first hurdle when you can’t even log in. Terrible!!

Easy to navigate, no crashing/ lagging or dated layout. Fab app!

Useless
Can’t use the app anymore as it won’t recognise my login! I can only log in on my browser.
FaceID and push notifications are missing
Two recommendations to take this app from 3* Star to 4* star rating.
1) Please can the developers add faceID to the login screen?
It is (unfortunately) the difference between an app being used or not used nowadays.
2) Please can you enable user to configure push notifications? This would be a very convenient enhancement.
