Parent user & school user
Absolutely love it. Much better than a lot of the communication apps out there. I use this as a parent and have never had an issues. I also work in a school and have no complaints, user friendly on both ends. If I am ever in a pickle the customer service is always 10 10!

Parent Hub is super user friendly, if you have a problem their support responds within 20 minutes very efficient.

Used to be really good, but had to reinstall as it wasn’t working now I can’t add my children. School still waiting to hear back as to why!

Crashes all the time
Really frustrating app. Some features are great, user friendly and simple but the number of times I have had to reinstall as it’s frozen is infuriating. It is also impossible to access once an update is posted I presume to be due to high traffic of people trying to access. Please sort this out as have been using for 18m and consistent problems.

Won’t load and just overall very unreliable and to add to that it spams you with messages and notifications

No matter how many times I delete and reinstall this app I never get notifications (I have checked all settings and they are fine) and I used to with previous versions, really hope the next school uses a different parent notification platform
Terrible
Absolutely terrible app. Notifies me when there’s a message but then is never able to connect to Parent Hub. On the odd occasion it has worked, it’s great for communication
Doesn’t open
You receive a notification and then when you try to open the app it either doesn’t open at all or takes 10 minutes to open. Very poor
Unreliable
Regularly needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled in order to work. Considering the relative simplicity of the app and the high importance of it, it’s poor.

Notifications missing
No matter how often this is updated, it never seems to get notifications to show up on the app badge.
Always shows you have a msg
On iPhone you can read all the messages but it’s always shows that you have one but you don’t
Updated version works well
Now the updates have been made the app works well, notifications alert you and the app opens as it should, a must app if your school uses Parent Hub, a fast an easy way to keep updated and easy to go back to the information rather than having the paper letters from school that go missing
This is going to make my life easier !
Great app! Once this app is taken up by other schools I have no doubt will be a life saver to other parents as it is for me. A new app so always little things to work through but I can see the amazing potential and pleased to use it so far.
Navigation Nightmare

Irritatingly unstable
Keeps logging me out / not working. And then won’t recognise my password when trying to reconnect so have to start all over every time. An irritating app.
