Невозможно отменить подписку
Специально затягивают отмену подписки, не дают отменить самостоятельно!!! Пока пользовались приложением, постоянные глюки, сбои и тд, поддержка отвечает через несколько часов и закрывает чат не решив проблему.
Customer service sucks
They will start messaging you back then completely ghost you. Not helpful at all. Restrictions not working correctly on iPhone, will block apps when with no restrictions active. Unable to download anything from the App Store with this download.
Good for lock up, and app blocks
It’s a good app, but it has glitches that need fixed. It works as it should, but definitely needs some work to be AMAZING.
Can’t add a second parent
Doesn’t allow us to add a second parent without prompting us to pay again. No online support to help with this and no way to get the money back. Not acceptable.
Need reconnect
Why this is app asking that I need to reconnect to my kid’s phone again and again. And also it does not location of the kid instantly. App is great but needs improvement.
