O aplicativo simplesmente não atualiza a porcentagem da bateria e a localização não mostra em tempo real, troquei de telefone porque no outro ele desconectava direto, toda hora tinha que desinstalar e instalar no iPhone ele não atualizou nada. Difícil

Техподдержка похожа на некий квест, где, если нет твоего вопроса в списке чат-бота, то тупо включается уведомление, что все операторы заняты.

Horrible app with nonexistent support
This app is a complete misrepresentation. It does not provide the information it advertises, impossible to get support, and wasn’t able to get a refund one I realized this app would not work.

Disappointed with kids360
I had a professional collaboration with Kids360 under a 6-month agreement. Unfortunately, the collaboration was discontinued after around 3 months, which was disappointing, especially since the agreement was for 6 months.
I believe commitments made in a professional collaboration should be honoured or communicated clearly with proper notice. I’m sharing this review based on my personal experience with the company and the way the collaboration was handled.

Абсолютно бесполезное приложение
Работает отвратительно. Необходим постоянный контроль самого приложения. Попытка закрыть подписку ведет к пустому диалогу с разработчиками.

Refund
I downloaded the trial version to see how the app works. I might use it in the future, since my kids don’t have any devices that I need to monitor right now. I didn’t even get around to setting up accounts BECAUSE I CAN’T! Since I don’t have a device to connect!! But the app charged me for the subscription, and when I asked for a refund, they denied it. Now I’m stuck with an expensive subscription to an app I won’t even use!

Gesperrte Apps gehen trotzdem
Eine Zeit lang ging es gut. Ich habe die die Spiele für knapp 24h sperren lassen. Obwohl ich eine Spielapp gesperrt habe, kann mein Kind trotzdem darauf zugreifen. Dann hat er aufeinmal aufgehört und das war wieder gesperrt. Da frage ich mich, wie ich machen kann, dass mein Kind nichts beeinflussen kann. Danke für die Antwort.
