I HATE THIS APP LGST RID OF IT ITS STUPID AND DUMB FLIP IT
Why is it so hard to set up?
My son got a new phone and I’m trying to set Kidslox up on it. I’m about to cancel my subscription. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

This app doesn’t work properly. After you’ve paid for the advanced subscription you can’t actually connect your child’s device. So it’s worthless. We spent 2 days trying to connect it for the advanced features which by the way need to be done from a desktop computer. I don’t understand why the app can’t be managed only from a device. And don’t expect to get your money back either. I’ve had to go thru Apple to request a refund because Kidslox won’t do it. I had the program for less than 10 days. There are much better apps out there.
