says they are constantly in app store when it isn't even downloaded on their phone. says apps are being used that aren't. not worth it
Ridiculous app
The app is ridiculous it won't give me an accurate location of my child it’s always says offline and It wouldn’t update on time what a waste of money.

I’m a 17 year old who pays for their own phone bill the amount of times I’ve been put in situations where I can’t get to work or I’m left stranded both my parents work so a big part of me getting place to place is Uber and with out phone time I can’t get a ride. My mother holds this app over my head just to feel control when I don’t clean the way that makes her happy no time when I forget to clean a dish no time when I defend myself over my sisters harsh bullying no time when I defend myself with her slaps no time. I understand the problem is mostly on my parent abusing a app but this app feeds into that

Tried to cancel the plan within 24 hours of payment
I have emailed multiple times and still haven’t received a response about cancellation. So frustrating! The settings made it impossible for my child to use her phone no matter what I did so I removed it from her phone and am still waiting to remove it from mine. Very unhappy ‘customer’.
Disappointed
I purchased the premium version and I kind of disappointed because only block pages from google but once the child enter in mode incognito he can navigate in any page without restrictions

I just cancelled this app because it’s not working on my daughters phone and I can’t get a refund. It says I can still use it to August 2023…. It does nothing for me and I have no use for it. It’s a waste of money. There are better parental control apps out there.
Poor service, wonky recording
I tried to contact customer service about this issue and was summarily ignored by their team - it’s been weeks with no reply. Basically the app claims my kid is using websites that I know he cannot be visiting. Know, because it keeps saying he’s spending time on TikTok or Facebook and his phone doesn’t have those apps. Additionally, I know because I kept his phone with me for a few hours and in that time it logged a bunch of time on those apps… even though it was in my pocket. Being used by no one.
Makes it difficult to tell when the app is catching an issue and when it’s just making up random stuff - which it shouldn’t do at all.

Won’t stop sending emails even after you’ve deleted the app
I’m sure this app is great and works as intended for some people, but if you no longer need it and delete it, you will continuously get daily emails letting you know that you are not using the protection. I’ve contacted support several times to ask to be removed from any and all further emails, I’m still getting daily emails.

Why does this exist
As a child who has to deal with this pathetic excuse of an “app” I say why don’t you adults try it? If you think you have to monitor everything then do it manually. As a child I say every one of us needs privacy at different levels but also social support BESIDES parents. It’s not that you aren’t important. Also my brother used this app and has gotten to things such as porn on the browser because he couldn’t find anything else to do during the winter. In this age of rapidly changing technology making friends is hard. Especially if you change schools or didn’t have friend initially. Just saying make sure it’s the right decision.
