Buggy
The app works OK until you have a lot of things to upload at one time. I have found that if you upload one video at a time, and a few photos at a time it works OK. But I’ve had to delete the app and re-download it to get it to work properly. Developers, please keep working on better versions of this app!

Avoid ParentFinder at all costs!
This App is a complete nightmare. It’s always down, painful to use, and impossible to get help with in a reasonable amount of time. If you’re looking to post your profile go to Adoptimist- in 6 months I had 4 moms reach out to me. Save yourself the money and aggravation of utilizing parentFinder in general (including this dreadful app!!).

Photo upload feature
For adoptive parents building out their profile book, the upload feature is HORRIBLE. Photos lose quality significantly when uploaded (rendering them unusable) or the app crashes.
