App forced closed yesterday and today it will not open at all. Just sit in a blank white screen on the app.

It’s so laggy and malfunctions all the time please for the love of God don’t use it.

Only works half the time
This is the absolute worst app out there to keep up with kids grades. Just look at the other reviews. Not sure why schools continue to use this app. It takes several attempts to get to view their grades due to this apps continuous freezing up.

The app works but can be very slow.
The major issue is that it keeps switching back to the first student every time you click on a section. Sometimes, when you it would shows the name of the second student but the grades would still belong to the first. Hope this can be fixed soon.

App not working on iOS 16.6
App will not load using iOS 16.6 on iPhone 13 Pro.
Timed out
This app randomly forgets my PW. When I try to request reset it give me a notice that my request has timed out.
I can’t see previous semester grades. This site is not user intuitive. Please fix.

The worst
This is the worst app. It is so SLOW. It is not user friendly. I hate that our school uses this app and therefore makes us parents use it. DO NOT RECOMMEND. TERRIBLE.

This app is horrible. It’s extremely glitchy and has to be constantly closed and reopened to get anything done. It hangs up more than any app I have ever had. According to the reviews, it’s a known issue. The app developers obviously don’t care.

Of little use if I can’t even register my account.
Logs you out all the time
This app continuously logs you out. When I do forgot password it states it is in error. I have install or uninstall the app to try to get my child’s grade. I would not recommend this app.

Can’t reset password through the app
So idiotic why this would not be allowed when every app provides this feature. Also, when the password is finally reset by the school administrator, it works on a PC/laptop but not the app. Hopefully someone can build a better app.

I can’t find school with username. Works fine on my laptop.
