Can’t log in

Got the email saying I have to use this app to transfer my tickets but when I log in it just redirects to an error page. Help!

Cumbersome app

A cumbersome app with a ridiculously cumbersome process of transferring tickets. Frankly joke of an app.

Not fit for purpose

I need to use the app to access my events but it won’t even let me sign in. It sends you to the website where you’re placed in a ticketing queue then when it’s your turn to access the page to merely sign in, it’ll redirect you nowhere and keep you on this endless loop.

Epic fail

Most convoluted ticket process I have ever seen. Paid, waiting for weeks, half our tickets showed and the other half didn’t. They don’t answer emails, hold times are 45 minutes plus (could be longer no one ever picked up the call)

This site is overrated, if Zero stars were an option, this site would receive many.
