Needs more work!!!

I already have an account and the Pay Now feature just recently started acting wonky on my iPad AND iPhone. After trying to resolve my issues with customer service I decided to try the app. NOW I know why the Pay Now feature doesn't work anymore. When I download the app all of my account info is there but when I click on Pay Now it redirects you OUT of the app to the website!!! What?!?! Why??? What's the point of having the app if all the features don't work WHILE USING THE APP???
