Worst App in History

For 36 minutes i tried to extend my parking. It finally went through with 3 mins left. Gave me a receipt from the day befores parking time and then froze and didnt renew had to go down to actual meter. Useless

Stuck at login screen

Couldn’t log in to the app. Practically useless 🤷🏻‍♀️

Awful apps

When you swipe or zoom in too fast it takes you straight back to the sign-in page as it signs you out & found half the time what they say is available is not so causes you to run late doing laps around town because all the U-parks are full.

Our city is an absolute joke for parking!!!

Utterly useless

Payment interface does not work. Impossible to identify available parking spaces. A hostile and unstable user experience. With the roll out of the new digital parking system, I’d have thought getting this app functional would be a priority for Adelaide City Council.
